Clay StonKz is a collection of 6,969 clay characters inspired by markets, memes, crypto, stocks, bulls, bears, wins, losses, and the occasional rug pullz. Every character and trait begins in the physical world. Brrrbon sculpt the clay by hand, photograph it, then bring those images into the digital world where they’re layered together to create the final collection. Fingerprints, dents, uneven edges, mistakes, and texture are all part of the work. I’m not trying to make clay look digital. I’m trying to make the digital world look like it was made out of clay. Real clay. Real photography. Created physically. Collected digitally.
